20 Evening Journal Prompt Ideas for Beginners

Starting your journaling journey may be intimidating, but this is a great way to dip your toes in and get started. The goal is to not make this a daunting task, so ease in however you feel comfortable. Start with one prompt a day, or 2-3 per day. Whatever is going to make you feel a sense of accomplishment or help you stick with daily journaling, then do that!
